Welcome to Leeds Bridge Club

We are a friendly and active club located within the Moor Allerton Sports and Social Centre. We are currently offering seven face-to-face bridge sessions a week to suit a variety of levels.  We also offer courses for beginners and improvers.  Click here to go to our 'Classes and Supervised Sessions' page where you will find all the details.

We are now running free, pre-bridge coaching sessions before our Tuesday evening games.  During the next few weeks, it is hoped that 'Declarer Play in NT' and 'Multi-Landy' will be covered by some of our high-level bridge players, together with hand discussions.  (Please note that topics could be changed should the original trainers become unavailable.)

You can come along just for the coaching session if you wish but you would be very welcome to stay and play in our Tuesday evening duplicate pairs.

'Stepping Stones' - Thursdays at 1.45 pm (Hosted)

Session Start Times:  Please note that in the case of our Tuesday and Thursday 'Pairs', our Wednesday and Saturday 'Gentle Duplicate' and our Wednesday evening 'Improvers Pairs' players should arrive at the club at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that the correct movement can be set by the TD and Scorer in order to enable play to start on time.

Looking for a Partner?

Did you know that you can use 'Pianola' to advertise for or find a partner for any scheduled pairs event at Leeds Bridge Club?  Simply log into your account by clicking here and enter your user name and password.  Once you have logged in, click on ‘Partner finder’ at the top of the screen. 

You will then be able to see who is advertising for a partner or create an advert of your own.  Easy!

Bar Access for Tuesday and Thursday Evening Pairs

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the MASSC bar will usually be open from 7.00 pm until the start of play and then again at 9.00 pm for a short period. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available in addition to teas and coffees.

The bridge club will be closed on the evening of Thursday, 12 December 2024 due to the Christmas party.
