These lessons are suitable for students who have completed a beginners' course or who have played before but feel that they need a refresher course in bidding and playing.

Face-to-Face Supervised Bridge Sessions - Mondays at 10.30 am and Thursdays at 1.45 pm

MONDAY MORNING ‘CHICAGO’ (10.30 am to 12.30 pm) 

This session, supervised by Jonathan Spry, is for players of all standards.  You will stay at one table and play a series of boards at your own pace.  You will be able to discuss the hands and you can ask for help and use your crib sheets.  You can come along without a partner. 

 

THURSDAY AFTERNOON 'STEPPING STONES’ (1.45 pm to 4.00 pm) 

This friendly two-hour session will provide an introduction to duplicate bridge for those unfamiliar with the format or for those wanting to improve their game prior to attending regular club duplicate sessions.  Players will have the opportunity to learn through supervised play, discussion and the reviewing of hands.  You can come along without a partner. 

 

THURSDAY AFTERNOON ‘CHICAGO’ (1.45 pm to 3.45 pm) 

This session is for players of all standards.  You will stay at one table and play a series of boards at your own pace.  You will be able to discuss the hands and you can ask for help and use your crib sheets.  You can come along without a partner.
